Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
